so i pluuled mine out and cleaned it, now im gonna put it back in but how tight should it be. i find that if i make it quite tight the bering go all bunk and dont roll smoothly. so am i correct to just tighten it to a point where its snug and the bering roll smooth?
thanks
steve
use a torgue wrench and follow teh manufactors specs if you want yout BB to last...
i personally just tighten the shit outa it, then complain when the bearings go south...

that sounds like what most people i know do, but the first part is probably more prudent. i want a torque wrench for christmas, just for that.

i believe its 35 newtons torque u need a very expensive torque wrench to measure that amount :( or at least i spent a whole day going all over town looking for one
just do it up till its snugg
make sure u put the right side in first
