what would the 888rt feel like though? really squishy or really firm?
the 888RT prolly still has spring preload....
which is what the yellow knobs are for...
my jr-T2 had that....
hope that helps...
:???:
p.s. anyone know if the 888RT is internally the same fork ???
or is it a cheaper version like the monster-T2 is...

Stock it will be spec'd with Medium springs and, probably, 7.5wt oil.
If you don't like how it feels, you can change it.

exactly. it doesn't take much to swap the springs or change the oil weight. if you don't have the extra dough to spend on the fork with adjustments, springs/oil would be your best bet for adjustment.
