2001 Intense Uzzi DH -these bikes are extreamly rare and are hard to miss

The bike was stolen from Neverland Bikes in Victoria on november 15, at aprox 10:00 PM, the thief also walked off with over $ 1000 in Cash

frame size: medium, black front triangle with a silver rear triangle

Built up with

2002 shivers
WTB lazerdisc wheels/hubs
Fox vanilla RC
lx shifters (new drivetrain)
xt deraillers
truvative hussefelt cranks
race face deep cup stainless headset
Ryno cnc machined stem with axiom bars
8" front hayes comp disk 6"rear
odi lock on grips
atlas fizik seat
michi 2.8 front
highroller rear 2.5

Out of any bike in our shop he had to take my personal bike, I was just getting into racing:( . This thing sticks out like a rainbow at night, I've never seen anyone riding the same frame as me. I would really aprieciate any help you can give and I would be willing to reward anyone who's information aided in the recovery of this bike.

these are old pict but most of the parts are the same

hmmmm, maybe but me thinks if a part is being sold off "supa-cheap" u should ask a ton of questions to be certain teh seller aint off loading stolen parts....

i can only imagine a thief would sell the stuff for well under its worth...

i noticed that you have an ad in the buy and sell. have you had any sketchy people come and look at the bike at all?

Yeah I had two guys looking at it a few days before who contacted me through the net, they seemed ordinary enough though, I let them take it for a spin so if they were going take they would have done so right then and there

maybe they were just scoping it out? was anything else other than the money stolen? any other bikes?

nope nothing else just my bike and the cash, odd since the guy could have walked off with a hell of a lot more stuff if he wanted to.

All riders gotta do is refuse to buy without seeing a receipt. Receipts went out with all the stuff I sold used if I didn't know the buyer.. at least that's some assurance to the buyer that it wasn't stolen.

God damnit I want my bikes back.

That sucks, not really a first in this town though. I almost feel personally attatched to that bike, I used to know it's first 2 owners. Make sure that the insurance company gets told that it was a repair and not just your bike that was being kept there, I know someone else that got burned on that.
