What is your favorite trail at Whistler? It seems to me that the main favorites this year were A-Line, Dirt Merchant, and Clown Shoes. Who rode what the most and what trails/sections/stunts etc. were the most fun?:)

Most of dirt merchant(everything but the ruts, i love), top of a-line(when it was rebuilt). Some parts on the bottom of a-line are good too:D

i love schleyer/upper whistler dh-nationals-lowerclownshoes-slopestyle.

Aline/dirtmerchant are awesome but not very challenging and get old imo.

greenmonster is awesome for stunts, and i love that steep rock face to little step up on nationals, and that huge hill you launch into like a 15 foot drop on whistler dh. ahh and that one ladder bridge drop to little table on schleyer is fun, go down real steep and than right back up in the air, but i wish that lip popped u a little more, but it is defenanly all fun.:D

yeah, totally weak, I mean who would want to get 20,000 vertical feet of descending in a day? And jumps? Thats not fun, you could crash!

I know exactly what you're both talking about. However, kill me thrill me, tunnel vision, and the other local "non-park" trails, still don't compare to the park. Every BC town in which I've lived has great local trails - but only one has the best bike park in North America. Weak Sauce you say - I say your taste buds must be numb from a lack of flavour in your biking diet.

Except all the crazy downhills - sometimes I go so fast I cross the yellow line and I feel my bladder weaken at the thought of leaving my designated cycling lane. Where's the speed bumps? :D

the speed bums are the rollerbladers swaying from side to side.

Oh you said bumps?

LeeLau....my archnemesis...:D Good one. Some of those speed bums are dangerous - it's a phenomenon caused by too much food and booze - we locals call it "dual mountain ass".

I liked Nationals the most this year. I like the skinny stuff on Clown Shoes and I totally dug Schleyer.

A-line and Merchant are good, Merchant being better. The first step ups to step downs and the new drop rock. The old drop is fun, too...you can either boost the entire thing or else keep it low and tap the rear on the rock on the way down.

This year, I had the chance to do Cut Yer Bars To Kill Me Thrill Me (both ways) to Shit Happens. Awesome ride. KMTM stood out.

The cool thing was that it was my birthday, and I got invited to the ride at 8:30 am that day. Total surprise. We were rolling in the car by 9:15.
