Just watched episode 2 and something made me do a double-take. At the beginning of the Whistler segment when people are just walking across the shot, there's a rider with a blue Bighit and Roach leg armour.
For anyone who taped it, can you check if the rider was in blue Sugoi shorts and light grey shoes as well?

no offence but i hate drop in so far
for 2 reasons
1) last year they didnt realise the island one for download
2) this year the island ONE SUCKED BALLS

dropin is kinda lame this year compared to last year. last year was all about the chill vibe and jsut riding, i just loved it. this year its more of a rockstar vibe and less riding, and i just dont dig it. the only one who i can see keeping last uears spirit is dylan, but i just want them to ride more and just chill out, and maybe not act so famous.

yeah the van island one licked, they could have gone to a bunch of other places and spent less time talking, like they were talking to some street hippy girls, i think maybe hitting on them? but behind them was a decent sized stair gap they could have been doing. also the freeriding was pretty weak IMO. I would have liked to see a helmet cam of someone ripping down sofa king just for kicks. also St andrews portable drop would have been cool.
drop in is cool i just always miss it

You guys dont seem to understand...
We only have 4 days!!!! And we only get to hit what the locals show us. We dont live there. We dont know where all your rad spots are to shred. We hit whatever the local dudes we were with showed us. Dont be bummed out. We also do not edit the show as riders. Neither do the producers. The tapes get sent in to a seperate group of people that make the show. They Determine the vibe. I for one was just on the to shred and have alot of fun which I did. I hope you guys dont see a rockstar attitude cause I for one would rather just show 30 mins of straight riding and at the end say. Shit...... that was fun. You hafto realize that not just bikers view the show. There trying to make the show entertaining for people who dont even know what biking is and might not care for it. But follow the lifestyles.
Take her easy on all of us. All of us as riders are reading these comments and are pretty bummed out. But we will keep on Givener.
I don't like the rockstar vibe either...
But I still really liked episode 1. Sure he ain't Sean (no one is), but Jared keeps it pretty real. You can tell where the riders stand and where the editors go with it.
A couple of the guys are kinda weird, but I like it!

Did you miss the "guest riders" in every episode, They were the ones showing us around.
As I said. Dirtjump and Skatepark footage did not turn out at whistler. Lighting was a problem in the dark when we had the big sesh at the park and the dirtjumping we did after a day on the mountain and the lighting did not turn out either.

The biking viewers will always want more riding.
The show can't go on the air if its all riding. You guys as viewers make up very little of the percentage that views the show.

season 2 is bomb ass!!! klassen is riding really agressively and all the new guys are throwin it down. I actually like the rock star attitude. even though they are becoming famous, you can still talk to them on boards like this, and see them on local trails! Can I go up to a basketball star and ask him what he tought of his latest game? Or ask him how equipment is working out? Hellll Naw! You guys need to keep riding and inovating, because it makes the sport interesting. And Somebody please persuade the people making the show to put them episodes on the net. We can't see them in the U.S. and I can't wait to buy the dvd. Like a crack adict needs a hit, I need my regular dropin episode!!!!!!! DO IT! Leave em up for a week and take em down if you want people to still buy the dvd. Peace Out-

The episode was so good!!!! I loved it, I take back all criticism of the guys, shouldnt have judged. It was good shit!!

But I must say the master of the skinnies is Dan. He just rides along like hes riding on a sidewalk! haha.

i followed u ant tim down a-lien this summer when he was cammin ya, very impressive show ya put on. To bad i almost mowed over time a couple time :lol:
