double check your garage...3 bikes stolen

Last night around 3 am some fuckers made off with three bikes from our garage. It seems that someone in the family left the garage door at least partially open, and whoever stole the bikes also looted through the car but luckily nothing was in there of value. So anyone in kamloops be on the lookout for:

2001 Kona Stinky (yellow frame)
--with 2003 DJ3, and orange hayes calipers, single ring on thefront and no front shifter

2003 Gt Avalanche (yellow and white)
--with silver Psylos

1998 or 99 Specialized Rockhopper (red)
--with a black 3 inch travel 2000 manitou fork (forget which one)

One warning. Often times the thieves come back 6 weeks or so later to get the new replacement bikes. Not uncommon to get a second attempt. We did but woke up before they could get the new stuff. It helped that I fortified the door.

Robin, I think I saw your bike being ridden on the Northshore, with a guy riding your bro's right next to it. We busted a U-turn and tried our best to chase em, we even searched the back alleys around where I saw em, but they disappeared. :(

After you cross the bridge and turn right, and go straight down the road, it was by some building that had a sign with something to do with eagles.

There was just an article in the Kamloops Daily news about bike theft. 50k in bikes so far this year just from Sun Peaks. Shitty deal. Even if I had a garage, I don't think I would store my bike in it. They seem to be an easy target for some reason.

ive been clear of the theft so far even though i leave my bike in random horrible spots...i guess i should start being more careful
a few of my buddies have gotten jacked over the last year
