Scroll down a little...pick a media format...watch the video clip.
It works!
No matter what...digging IS work...but I put it to the test and my lower back isn't screaming like it usually does after digging:cool:

P.S.....don't worry about choosing the proper angled shovel thing(unless you have a bunch to choose from)...just make sure you extend your arms out:)

ohhh now worky

That's just making shovelling way too complicated. Looks like a lot of work to crouch all the way down for every scoop, but I'll try it anyways.

For the lifting part...ya, I don't go to a full squat either:lol:....but as long as you remain "conscious" of not using solely your lower back to lift all the time....just give a quick little squat or bend at the knees as you lift...it WILL make a difference in the long run.

Holding the handle out in front of you at arms reach so the shovel goes straighter down is DEFINITELY more effective than placing the shovel out on the ground in front of you and pushing it in on an angle.....doing this properly also sets you up better for the lift:)

I should know btw.....I'm currently digging 8ft deep holes, 8ft long and 2ft wide...by hand:|
Unfortunately it's not biking related digging:(.....damn BC Hydro....we're not allowed to use machinery to dig for the new poles and anchors:mad:
As a bonus....I now know exactly how long it would take me to dig my enemies grave, should I ever need one. Don't mess with the Loopster!!! I'll bury ya!
