so...i found the reason for all the funky noises coming from my fork...a nice decent sized crack in the usual spot. anyway, does anybody know if norco can replace the arches at the factory? its 2002 JrT.

My 2001 Junior T is being warrentied right now, I sent it away about a week ago and the good news came yesterday. norco is trying to develope a program with Marzocchi so you can upgrade your forks. If they cant get the program developed at interbike (in my case) they will replace the M-arch free of cost for me. So I'm really happy with that. If the wont replace it free of cost its about 200$ for the new arch. Good Luck!

i was under the impression that they were replacing the mg arches wiht al for free, as they chronically cracked.

thats some good news. 200 bucks isnt that bad, until it breaks again...but still cheaper than a new fork.

on the tire side of the seals, on the corner where the m-arch begins. they usually crack right around there.
