so tonight i rhode cbc/neds with bunny and ouch! on the way dwon the rhode from the cbc parking lot i was machin it and i decided to try and use minimal brakes and boot through the orange gate thats off the road and u go donw to cbc, well me being dumb i did use minimal brakes but go to close to the gate and clipped my handle bar. I tourqed my bars and tried to compensate, by doing thismy rear end did a full 180 and sent me flying backwards and flying right into the bush, it was fuckin funny. Bunny and ouch were like "HOLY SHIT RU OK!" and i was jsut sittin in the bush laughing my ass off, bike was fine i has some berry scrapes to my neck but everything was good.

i got owned by a parking garage gate once, riding along slowly on a street cruise, confused and staring at this old rail that was built into the ground. all of the sudden i get smacked in the face by one of those flexy plastic bastards. i was only going like 3 mph but i still fell.

CBC CLOSED Until Spring 2007
Yes, it's that time again - pull out the ski's and boards!

With the recent snow on the mountains, CBC will be once again closed for the winter. The wet and snowy season causes too much erosion on CBC.

The trail thanks you for respecting this closure for the winter, and giving the trail a "brake"!

Besides - there's snow in the hills! Go hit the slopes!

The lower trails are still open for the winter, as they typically don't get the snow that CBC does.

Yes please look at the post date. The last ones to discuss actually riding on CBC was in 2004. The thread was resurrected (for no apparent reason I can see) recently (obviously or you wouldn't be reading it on the front page) with no comments of currently riding CBC.

I suspect that it was brought back just to catch people "thinking someone rode CBC when it is closed and are now posting about it".
