I just wanted to say thanks to John Henry's. Those guys kick large amounts of ass, specifically JF ( the warrenty guru ). He may be French... but he does a damn good job. I wouldn't be riding if it wasn't for him.

What did you have warrantied and how long did it take to get an answer? JF is dealing with my fork that was just sent in for warranty issues.

After 1.5 mths of waiting for my warrenty Roach pads I called up JF and he hooked me up with some new Indy's for free... excellent man.

it took about a month... they ( the warrenty guys at norco ) found a crack in the crown and had to wait for a shipment of crowns from italy. ( i have an 02 Jr.t pro ) the key is... keep bugging the guys at JH, that way they know you want to ride. trust me... they feel you pain. i was getting info by the first week. it just took a bit longer then it should... meh, sometimes that happens.
