its a steel frame?
its 24" only brings tubing lengths down it should last pretty good how many people here break steel frames?
how many people brake a BMX steel BMX frame?
its got big axles and the fork is 3" hardly flex if anything its gonna be the fork that goes no the frame

I'm not being lame, its a good idea but a MTB wont last with pegs on it. Land 2 feebles sketch and its done. And BMX arent as though as you think, lots of people bend them and crack them.
I bet that its a tough frame, but when it will be put to the stress of grinding its done.

have u ridden BMX?
and how many friends of urs or people have u seen braking BMX frames
they just dont brake like that the MTB length tubes to fit the 24" wheel is alittle bit weaker but no enough to break it

The bb7 has a flat tire :???:
None of those bikes really excite me though... and what the hell is the gt gearbox made for? Street? it seems so because of the hookworms but it doesnt look like a street bike to me:???:
i dont care what its made for the gbox is pretty pimp! i'd buy it for the pimpness factor

the g-box COULD be really sweet.. if it had a better downtube/seat tube arrangement. (not so damn ugly)
Then after that, all you'd need is some nice components and I think it would be pretty rad.
But as it stands, I wouldn't touch it hehe
I like the Pstreet.. and the bb7  That's a pretty damn impressive stock setup!!

The peg will encourage grinding. And grinding with a suspension fork is not the healthiest thing for your bike. With a BMX it's solid and won't move around. But with a suspension fork there's all these moving parts that's pron to flexing and such because it's got internals and all that junk. It's a start but not a good one

Yah, I ride a BMX, would you like to see pictures of my frame, and the effect of grinding ?
I have seen a whole lot of people breaking their BMX, I bent my fork from grinding.
Something like that will fall apart real fast, if you wanna buy me one I'll show you.

it isnt invincible but im say the average BMX rider if he was smooth would only need 1 pc cranks and a cheap frame
I know people in nanaimo and duncan that ride 1 pc cranks and they are crazy with cheap frames and they are really good riders like denis
Im saying the steel frames can handle the pegs pretty well
lots of people ride BMX and I dont think that they break their bikes all the times with pegs on them
the tubing is longer on the MTB steel frames by a bit but maybe by
1/4 or 1/5 because of 24" or 26" wheels Im saying if ur average rider that doesnt abuse his frame like drops to grinds I would say the frames will be very durable and I would also think these frames have been tested for months else I dont think a company would totaly gamble on this new product it costs alot to design and build these frames
im not sayings invicible Im saying with a good axle good steel tubing and welding I dont see y the frames wouldnt last
:) remeber theirs no difference between MTB and BMX except longer chain stays and seat stays (well the main difference) also the length angle to fit the big 26" front wheel
only have to have 4 inchs longer chain stay and seat stay there really isnt that much more stress on the rear end
thats just my 2 cents
(u do the calculations)

its a 24" bmx with a 3 inch fork .. lets all get pissy because people like 24" bmx's ... ... i bet that fork can handle grinding like nothing ;)
The P1 is the cheapest bike specialized has, its specced with that fork for price and the noob rider on it.

dunno what all the fuss is about. obviously from those pics dual 24 singlespeeds aren't going anywhere anytime soon. no they're not just bmx's, and if you're not used to riding bmx (like me) a bmx will always tend to feel too small and why should you be restricted to 20" wheels? these are more like bmx cruisers with forks. for people who don't live in the sticks and only have street and park as terrain options they're a pretty cool all-round bike. i totally gravitated to this little by little. i used to have a 26/24 bike with gazzis and gears and gradually changed stuff i didn't need to simplify/lighten/improve the bike's handling. arrived at this, and it works perfect. i don't see what's wrong with that.
