Whats the easiest and safest way for me to remove an unsealed BMX BB. I'd prefer to do it myself because my LBS isn't very local.

With a hammer... That's how my shop did mine. I had no clue. Just bang the end of the spindle till it comes out.

These were the FSA ones that came stock on the 2002 4hun.
