Junior T2 Springs?

Is this what I need for my Junior T2 (2003 5" model that came on the rampage and stinky, same as 2000)?

The stock ones are so soft. I can bottom it by simply putting my weight on it.

I weigh 210lbs. Should I go for the 170-205 or the 195-240 kit?

On another note. Are these the same as the single crown ones?
