going from 8" mode the rear stiffens up a fair amount and the front end is MORE raked out

its made for shorter travel forks

I run mine in 7" for the most part

We went to SANDBLAST , a dual slalom ski/board/bike/furniture race down a steep sand cut bank into a ditch full of hay

junior looked pretty sketch on a practise run so we dropped some air pressure and went to 6 " ,he had always used 8 ".

it REALLY smoothed things out
