Yay this is my first post on this thinger. Its reallllly crapy being Broken. I seperated my shoulder 3rd degree and im out for like 4 to 5 more weeks. I fell about a week ago. How i did it well i was filming for Nwd4 a few days before on this trail in squamish then i went up there a few days after and was just riding with some buddies u kno screwing around then the next thing i kno im crashing, I fell from 22 feet to straight ground smashed my head and my shoulder got a bit concused but nothing to bad so i will be back in no time. I will be just riding down the course at hemlock just so i can get a point for the overall.

the 4x last year sucked ball sack. It was made the day of the race, and was all loose sand. If they didnt make it better, dont race it. Its not worth the $$$

from what i remembver they were only given like 17 hours to make a 4by course...thats not a long time. shitty for last years people. but i'm sure they've improved it for this time arond
