Hello y'all

Looks as though my safe and progressive season has come to a end. As I look at the clock I am now only 1 hour away from having ACL reconstruction. I have been through this from a snowboard incident 7 years ago but now my other knee has opted for attention..... Soooooo... please give a HOOT on your next trail ride for me and I will see you on some XC in the next couple of months : )

Ditto Sharon's comment and good luck with the rehab. For variety, you could also pick up a road bike (or buy some slicks) and join the weekly NSMBA road ride.;)

You watch that movie where he hangs out with the Norsmen? They filmed that up on the island, in Campbell River, so I know it's fake... :D
