Mtn Highway and McNair is as high as the bus goes. No idea if it has a rack or not.

The 210 gets you within 2 blocks of the gates.. don't know about racks, you'd have to call Transit

210 doesn't have bike-racks.
255 from Park Royal takes you to Lynn Valley Mall and it's bike-rack equipped. You can get to Park Royal via a bike-rack bus from downtown. Then it's a 20 minute ride (uphill) from the Mall to the yellow gate
Or 28 from Boundary/Hastings/Joyce Skytrain gets you to Phibbs Exchange, next to lower Mtn Highway (near North Shore Sports Swap). From here it's a 40 minute (flat and uphill) ride to the yellow gate.
More buses are due to be equipped over in North Van this year, but they haven't announced which ones.

Buses with racks cannot fit in the NV depot.
028 is from Burnaby, 255 is from West Van.

No buses with racks go up Mtn. Highway. Kinda dumb
I remember riding up from Seabus once. That took like, 8 or 9 hours for one run.
