that is like 40 mph right, how could he do it, what is the course like. cause unless it was like a straight fireroad i couldnt imagine getting that time off road.
he would have to never go slower than like 30 mph cause it is not like there are many courses where u can pass 50 mph, that is fuckin sckety as hell especially off road. maybe they calculated it wrong cause they didint know the length of the course.

i was wondering that because i have ridden the nationals course and i couldnt even comprehend going 70 k on it. Its pretty tech in the lower section but it does open up and get fuckin fast.

Maybe they say its an average but i think they measured your speed when you went over the finish line after the GLC:???:

They probably just take your time, figure out how long the course is, and then calculate how many KM per hour you must have been going to get that time.

In the Youth Sport catergory....15-16 years old, 2 kids were goin 63km and one was 65:|

the speed was taken at a section of the course called the autobahn - it was not an average but a measurement taken on the fastest part of the course.

It says it's a 4.00 KM course. Divide the time into it (4 minutes to do 4km = 60km/h), it'll come out to that.

Couch, if it was just taken at that point in the course, it would be a huge coincedence that 1st place was fastest 2nd place was 2nd fastest etc...
