Seymour shuttle???

someone told me that there is a guy who will pick you up in langley and shuttle you up seymour for $5 or $10..does anyone know if this is true? and if it is, how to get a hold of this guy??? thanks and please dont flame me, I didn't know where else to post this question.

Not too sure about the Langley hookup but Chuckwagon shuttles people up Seymour from the base.
