possible stolen bike sighting

looked like hoot's vps2 stolen ..

silver jt ....maybe 5inch model ?
black and red vps 2 with the red maple leaf ..
silver cranks .. raceface
kind of shady guy riding it past centenial theatre area .. i didnt think about it until a riding friend mentioned it could be hoot's stolen bike.

the guy was not wearing a helmet or any biking gear ...

if tis helps anyone .. i think he had brown hair

i sont know the name of the street but he was goin down by the rec centre and centenial theatre on the road that leads to londesdale.
