I have kinda stupid little fear of jumping off stuff on the trails. Like anything over three - four feet. I always think for some stupid reason that I won't have enough speed and be able to keep the front tire up and nose into the tranny and go ass over tea kettle. Does anyone else have this fear? How would you get over it?

Thanks.

I had that for a bit, then I learned to wheelie drop stuff and things became better. I can do lots now, if you have horizontal drop out brin in the wheelbase it makes a differenece believe it or not.

i used to do that, now i just huck whatever is in my way. i think its experience, and after you get ballsy and crash a few times you sort of learn your limits and learn how to take certain types of jumps or whatever. just keep givin'r

ya man, just give'r, you have to conquer your fears man, only way of doing that in biking is to push your limits, and crash a bit as well;)
