Im out here in north van and wanna do some riding. What are the best trails right now? could you give directions too?Thanks for any help. :thepimp:
PS: Are seymours trails any good or is the mountain any good?:???:

boogie man is an awsome trail on seymour, as for directions, ull prob find someone on the bottom of the mountain to ride with, or u could go on a ride with one of the shops(john henrys, steed cycles, deep cove, etc).
and i think fromme/grouse has some better trails, because seymour is more beginner-ish, but the downside is that u cant drive up grouse, u have ride/walk up unlike seymour which u can take a car.

how do i find my way to these trails from the main road up? and, do they ever open lifts at the top to bikers?

no lifts, and u might wanna get someone to show u around or else ull have a tough time finding the trails

I like Fromme because it's not accessable to the shuttle whores.
It's what's cycling is all about. Actually earning a sweet ride down by working for it.
Oh and if you need to walk up Fromme man are you out of shape.

I think it would be easier for you to buy a trail map at a shop, they have all three mountains, and are easy to follow.

For seymour, do CBC to Neds, thats fun and fast. Grouse, do Upper Oilcan to Air Supply to Starfish to Grooovula.

thanks for your im put. We ended up heading up seymore to cbc and then did boogey man. We went up again and hit cbc to pangor. I had a great time. Thanks to everyone that builds out there.
