I've been m33ped. In short, I didn't want a MTB at UVic next year (bigger, WAY more expensive, more likely to require money) so, thanks to Garris, BMX! :)
Haven't gotten any real time on it yet. Just like 15 minutes hopping curbs and stuff. Still feels really weird...but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
(and yes, I did Photoshop the hell out of it  )
Excited!

Yeah...keeping the MTB around for the summers and whenever I'm home. It's definately still fun.
It's a Schwinn Automatic Comp. I had the specs in the gear forum. I'll dig em up.

The only problem I have is with the seat. It's like a rock covered in a thin pad. And I don't want to spend money on a new one .

That norco idea is long dead!
I'll post up pics of my new bike when I get it after exams! It isn't the Norco, it isn't the Haro, it isn't the Volume, but you'll see!

nice bike, you'll probably find it's easier to hop if you have the bars leaning forward.

That's called 'Chicago style' right? The mech at Garris' shop had it that way...gave it a test ride and absolutely hated it. Felt really weird.
dud: Maybe it's just the angle of the shot. They are in line with the fork. I decided to go that route since it's the general concensus amoung BMXers I think. Might as will stick with that since I don't really know what I'm doing right? :P

Going up a curb. Didn't even hop to case it, just lifted front then lifted rear a little late, smack, pinchflat :(. I'm patching now. Ron's waiting at the skatepark.

Back. I think the pressure was too low. I put it up to around 60, but after some skatepark riding I think I'm gonna run it around 80 or 90.
