K, so I promised my wife I would go riding on Friday cuz she took the day off for my birthday. I would like to take her to Whistler, yet I don't want to stay on B Line and Fantastik all day. Does anyone want to go to Whistler AND bring their underachieving spouse along - cuz MAYBE they could 'ride' together for awhile! :D

if she seriously wants to learn to ride, sign her up for a womens only mountainbiking course www.womensonly.com - i think they're also sponsored by the school board (burnaby/vancouver etc.)

i can say from personal experience they are AWESOME and well worth the $$ - plus, she'll meet new riding buddies :D

Change o plans! My wife took a walk around the Delta Watershed yesterday - her eyes have been opened. She knows that the Shed is where I started riding 11 years ago, so now she wants me to teach her there. Friday - Shed

I'm happy with that. :D

Wait a minute!

How can you take her to the shed when you're so close to crumpet woods???? much more interesting if you're not into the stunts.

2 good reasons - we get her daughter for the weekend, and she lives in Delta AND after the ride, my best buddy is taking me to Pearl Jam for my birthday. 2 birds, 1 stone
