i'm looking for people to ride seymour after work. most of the time i climb up to mushroom and do corkscrew/ pingu/ pangor / severed/ boogie / neds etc.

don't mind the odd shuttle on rainy days.

i usually leave around 6 pm and go out most days.

most of the people i ride with work late..so they are out on the weeknights.

anyone interested?

Yeah, see that is the same problem that my buddies have. I want to go earlier so I still have GF time in the evening.

count me in, but I'm mostly for shuttling on weeknights, due to time (read: GF) constraints.

it was pretty fun hooking up with you guys on Pingu the other day.

Chris,

Wednesday nights at 6pm, show up at Cove Bikes. You'll get shuttled up with everyone else and then you can ride home when you get to the bottom of Seymour.

Hi Chris. Thanks for the shovel...what a huge difference it makes...you will see next time you are up there. Let me know when you are riding after work. I would be into riding up sometimes. :)

OK, going up tonight, I am riding up to CBC, should be there around 7:30 (starting at the bottom around 6ish). Everyone is welcome. I am not sure about trails yet...but it all looks pretty dry right now...

This is a hard tail suitable ride. If you want to climb, I will be climbing, if you shuttle just meet at the top.

I'll be on a black Joker with Super T's and I have a green FOX roost guard.

Cheers

yeah, i think so, because in the other thread you mentioned 2 guys playing on the skinny and i saw them too...too bad we didn't bump into each other.

synchro - i ripped most of my drive train off my bike last night, so unless i can get fixed up at lunch today, i will not be riding:mad:

but fear not, we will hook up...summer is still young.

Were you riding with someone else? If so, did you break your derailleur on CBC and then take off your chain? Because I bumped into someone like that at the top of Pangor as my brother was putting on his armour.

I did run into two guys at the top of Pangor, a bunch of times on Pangor and Pingu. I broke down on Pingu. I ride a black Joker with Super Ts and I have a bright green Fox roost guard.

I said that riding with no chain was a good exercise in maintaining momentum or something similar.

Was that you then?

Probably was. My short term memory isn't what it used to be. I had a white Cove Stiffee and was in shorts and a Cove t-shirt. I asked about having a chain break tool. My brother has a Kona Bear Delux, and I remember him saying something about seeing guys ride down Neds without a chain.

Anyway, I met you on the Pangor trail day, but just briefly, as you left when the rain started. ;)

friday could do, but work till 5. Could be at CS at 6:30 (riding up), Sun I could meet you anytime, at CBC or CS. I would most likely ride up so we could meet in the parking lot. PM me if you are interested. I still have to fix my bike though..

I am riding tonight. I have to put on my new deraileur and my 40 dollar hanger(:swearing:  ) and put on new pads so I may be at CS a little later than 6:30.

Reply here, or PM if you want to hook up. I will be riding up, but if anyone wants to do CBC, I'll catch a ride up or we can climb.

I will be riding up to CorkScrew or CBC tonight after work. I will be at the bottom of the seymour road at about 6:00, at CS about 6:45, and at CBC at about 7:30 (if I decide to go that far). If you are interested in a climb meet me at the bottom, if you shuttle meet me at the CS trail head. If you don't want to go then....waaaahhhh.
