Me and atb were riding today down to lafarge by taking the new paved david street around 12:00 pm

since i was brakeless, i mainly walked my bike down the long hill and had a chat with andrew(atb).

then i saw a bunch of guys around 17 in the middle of the road.
So, we just thought we'd say hi to them and smiled as we walked by.

then suddenly an asian guy pulls out his bb-gun pistol and shot us continously for no reason! he almost hit my eyes and i realised had a bleeding arm with a few gash when i got home.

As i was getting shot from 10ft away from them, i thought id be smart to not to over-react and express my anger since we were greatly out-numbered and had no idea if they were armed with real weapons. yes,the shots did hurt a heck alot IMO 10X more han the paintball ones but not enough to make me scream but really, 13 rounds on the the back, neck and face it hurt alot.(yes, i was foolish to just walk and ignore them rather than saying something or ride away) , but what the heck was that for?!


after few minutes of thinking down at lafarge i just thought they had problems,and had a great day of riding but this unexpected experience was definately unpleasant.

Is this "assualt" reportable to the police for my safety(eye especially) and others?
to the local riders here, avoid the pintree secondary area if you dont want to be a target practice of some dumb freaks. or, we could all go and beat the hell out of those arses.:)


tell me what you think. i was surprised by the power of the gun cause it wasnt even air pressured.(i think its spring loaded)

yeah i was freaked out inside, but (i m good at fights trust me..well for my age=15)

i stared at the kid after the first shot, then he reloaded his pistol and shot in the face by the nose!!!
then i turned around, he shoots continously, like 10 time just on the left arm that already had some scabs healing on.:(:bastards...

then got me in the back, neck.



my plan for the next time is to bring a cell phone with me, and call the non-emergency phone, and guess what, the place i was shot at is 1km from police station!

since it is not lethal, i'll wait till they hit me enough to cause ruptured skin and get some MONAAY! by sueing or something, or put them in some serious shit for a long time.(imagine hours of forced public service in the summer, possibly criminal records?)

anyways, local ppl, watch out for these bastards who play too much counterstrike and rainbow six.

No way dude you gotta report it like now. Who or what else are these little dinks shooting at? Our Moms, little Sisters, pets, etc.
If that ever happened to me outnumbered or not I'd be tailing those little pricks ( out of site ) and releasing a whole lot of fury on their asses. Of course, this, after I had them arrested on possession of firearms, intent to injure, assualt causing bodily harm, and public mischief. Any charges I missed? Prolly but what the hell, it's a start. Then think of a lawsuit.

it was freaky, like the shooter didnt even laugh when he shot, he just shot. with a plain face like he's nuts. man i wanna land my fists on him now..:evil:

I saw a guy with a BB gun on the UBC trails once and called the cops as soon as I could. They were VERY interested.

This is out of your hands once you call them. They will investigate, believe me. Do you want others shot at too???? It doesn't matter what you said to them or what you even did, shooting at people is a crime. Do you understand?

at first i thought it was just some toy gun when he shot at me abour 10 times and missed. if i knew it was a bb gun i would have riden right into him and smashed him in the face a cople times and then riden of befor his friends had time to react.

9-1-1? or something else? i think i know 2 of their faces, and height, so
this should do. or should i just go up to a cop and say something? *i m gonna drive down with my friend to see if they are still there. then i can take a pic of em:)

Done, i phoned, problem solved, they said,
"we'll see what we can do"
sounded like they didnt trust me.. i didnt think the comment was enthusiastic enough.

i'll report through 911 next time hopefully they dont do it again.

nope, like 4-6.

there was no caucasion, black involved,

from my memory, 4 of them were persians, and 2 or less were eastern asian(chinese, korean, who-knows) but my best bet for the guy who shot me is korean, because i have experienced some south korean ppl with bb-gun at school and mall. i think most of them were internaltional students or something.


and this happend around noon-1:00pm 500 metres up david street from silverspring construction site.(you turn right from johnson at that petro gas station thing to david, and drive for 30 sec. down.

oh well, i got cops to do the work, but i'll report again on 9-1-1 if they do it again

i got an idea. go there and if there there again just report to 911 out of where they can see you and just wait till a cop gets there or somthing and say they were shootin at you again. you know that whether they were or not theyre gonna denie (sp?) it so just go with it and you got the fresh past wounds to prove it so theyll end up with whatever the punishment

i m coming back with a cell phone and brakes next weekend to see if they are there, if they arent, i'll just continue riding to some trails.
if they are still there, i'll phone the cops as soon as they shot me.

well not to down your spirits, but I highly doubt that they will get in any trouble from the cops, I live in west van where the cops here have nothing to do and my friend was assaulted with a roman candle, we reported the car liscence plate, the kids were caught mugging some little kids later that night red handed by the cops and they didnt get in any trouble cuz all they did was deny it. I got two uncles who are cops and they both tell me that the law really does protect anyone accused unless they have really hard evidence. So unless you get badly injured i gotta say that i wouldnt expect anything to happen. Sorry to tell, but I just dont want you to get your hopes up

i was just regarding to cs because although it is a great game, some ppl arent suitable for it because they over-do it and need to come back to reality.
