I just shipping my kona stinky frame from vancouver b.c to new Jersey inthe us, get them to pay first that is the only way , and then to shi[p it I just went to my local like shipping place and sent it. I didn't use fedex or a sompany liek that it would cost so much, I jsut wen thtough canda post like the mail man, type of thing. cheaper that way too.

i'd say canada post or a courier to do it cod. you pay for shipping there and they get the bike after they give payment to the mailman/courier clerk, then they ship the cheque back to you

canada post offers free tracking if you insure it. they will insure up to $1000. that's the way i did my vps frame to california last year.

This is what i always do - being from the states and all.

if the person has paypal, i send them payment that way..
if not, i send them an insured (for 1 dollar) canadian postal money order for the total including shipping, and when that is received, the item or items purchased get sent through CANPAR and usually take no time at all to get here....

its the safest way for all parties and hasnt failed me yet...
