Wanted

I am looking for a new bike relatively cheap because the one I bought the 2003 Specialized BigHit Comp I bought was stolen about 3 weeks after I took possession of it and I need a new riding bike so I can race. Even a FS frame will do as long as it's 2000-now and pics of the bike are available I don't know if my moms insurence will cover it or not so I don't know the amount I MIGHT get from it. I worked so hard for so long to get the bike and how can someone just steal it? If anyone can help me find a new/used one:???: I WILL GREATLY appreciate your generosity for just helping:D
