I raced the regular season, but im lazy so im not going to the championships, plus its all the way up in Brackendale. It should be just like the normal races, maybe at bit bigger, it was last year.

Terry Fox Secondary, from PoCo.

We made a joke of ourselves at wednesday's race. Scott Crump came first in grade 10, but I missed my gr9 race, and started 2 mins behind the grade 10 pack. I had my shirt over my jersey, wallet in my pocket, didn't hydrate, barely had plate on, and still got 15th. We only had 2 or 3 guys racing.

Bah couldn't go to last weeks race cause of my concussion from the saturday before (stupid tree on A-line got in the way) and i'm not going to the next race cause i'll be white water rafting with a bunch of friends on a school thing. So have fun and be happy that I'm not gonna be there!!!

yeah, i think its pretty much the same one as we raced in league. theres a short section added at the end i believe. Im going up to ride it on friday, so i'll let you know.

as for the course...its not very technical at all. you peddal up a road, you peddal down some windy running path or something. no break.

The reason why Dh racing isn't in high schools is because of the liability problems (more crashes and injuries). The rafting is inland so there should be less rain if any (scientific reason: it is the leside of the coast mountains so all of the rain is actually evoporating where i will be). Even if it isn't raining there i will be in rapids so i will be soaked within the first 5 minutes.
