Well, it seems that the crappy weather we had last night (rain/thunder/lightning) has also dumped some snow on the Shore.
I'm looking out my office window at the mountain immediately to the west of the Grouse tram (whatever it is), and there's fresh snow about half-way down the hill.
Don't know what that means for riding because it's hard to tell how much accumulation there is, but I'm guessing there will be snow on the upper parts of Fromme and Seymour for sure. Maybe even a couple of centimetres at the top, from the looks of it.
Just when you thought it was safe to put away those fenders...

just get out the bigger/fatter tires with the longer metal spikes...
and you have to make DAMN SURE that you ride down cbc...i hear that is a blast in the fresh rain/snow season...
sucks the snow level is dropping, but hey, works great for the cud->mud comp :)

Heh, try riding the Hangman on a pinner bike with shitty brakes in the snow after already doing a couple full bottom to top to bottoms on the mountain... :D

This afternoon is was raining on Seymour, then it started snowing, and then hailing. Clouds opened up to the south so some sun shined through, then there were a few very good sized thunder claps, one of which was VERY loud. Between last night and this afternoon, there was were more sheet lightning then the whole last year.
