I went riding today but it wasn't that fun. None of my friends wanted to ride, which was kind of disappointing, but no big deal, I'll just go by myself.

I tried the dirtjumps and found that after not riding for a long time, I am indeed terrible. I could do all the jumps still but there was no style there or anything. At the end of the day, I still was sucking. So I decided to change it up a little and practice wheelies and manuals in the parking lot by the jumps. 2 hours later, I don't feel like I've accomplished anything.

just one of those days I guess :dead:

I'm with Loopie on this one, I ride rose hill whenever I'm "off", I know the trail so well that within a run or two, I'm feeling way better about my riding. Plus once your riding is up to snuff there is so much to do on Rose Hill that your confidence can be built back up.

We all have those days once in a while. Be happy you didn't injure yourself on those days. It'll get better.

ps. Any of you go to the bike cafe?
