crutches yet AGAIN!, good knee this time

ridin my buggys huge rig i tried a flatty over a wall into a hip, i got to tweaked out and put my right foot down, and all the weight came right down on it, i fell to the ground and i got up to ride away and my knee just popped outa the socket and twisted away...almost the exactl same thing as my left knee, better not be fuced up!, :( :( :( :( , i'm just gettin over a broken knee, i don't want another:( :( :(

oh man.. best of luck, I hate to hear that kinda stuff. I sprained my knee last year and was out for two weeks... bad enough.:(

maybe consider wearing braces. They really do help.

Injuries suck :( In the last year Ive blown up my shoulder and foot and have had tons of other not so major things, but Im so glad I havent fucked up my knees...nothing I hate more than injuries !!
