yo sean:
i wanted to say thanks for bringing me along to galbraith today; it was a badass ride, wet, muddy, funky, and awesome. i felt so good and tired afterwards. our arses were so brown afterwards, i thought we had all came down with the anal SARS...

we gotta do it a couple more times before i leave, for real...
thanks again, yo..

d -

keep the ass stories to yourself fool!!

ya, it was a blast...

i got a whole new level of respect for mavic rims after bombing into that tree wheel first and the wheel not even flintching....
shame we didnt get any pics of all the crashes and mud...

my shoulders are dead, my knuckle is so swolen its gross, and i think i pulled a few muscles...way to much fun!!!

singlespeed for 5+ hours of trailriding = painful....i know this now...

wait til next time!!

ya chelsey is a monster climber...shed give lance armstrong a run for his money...

we have to get one more ride in before you leave...

galbraith is fun stuff! soooo wet though, i'd bet it's wetter and muddier than most of the stuff up here.

Sean:

what are you running for a single speed??? frame, fork, gear... I've been experimenting with mine up at Burke and Woodlot and I've tried 32-18 (pretty hard for wheelie drops) 30-18 (good all around) and 26-16... if you run profiles (or any BMX crank) check out Ronin's "original sprockets" at www.roninbmx.com they are kickin'

Don't worry. It's only a 2 minute minor. You've got pretty good penalty killing anyway.
