Trails around Penticiton and Osoyos(sic)

Me and buddy are going to Penticton for our yearly camping MTB trip this May long weekend. I'm looking for a map or info on some of the best XCountry and Technical riding in the area. If you want to give me more specific directions please email me directly.

As far as XC trails in and around Penticton, check out Three Blind Mice. I've also done a ride in Okanagan Mountain Park (http://wlapwww.gov.bc.ca/bcparks/explore/parkpgs/okana_mt/ok_mtn.pdf) (out by Naramata) that was pretty epic and included the Mountain Goat Trail (a bit of hike-a-bike required), Baker lake Trail and Frederick Creek Trail. Not sure what the snow situation will be like though.

Maybe check out the Summerland area...from what I remember through a haze of lactic acid, the Actionquest race course was pretty fun. I think the race is the May long weekend, so the race course will be marked and easy to follow.
