Since no one has made one yet and there always seems to be one after a season at whistler, how many days and runs did you get in at Whistler this year.
I got 19 days with 93 runs, most of which are garbo to the village.
And in case you don't you can find out at guess relations or ask a lifty.

It held up quite well actually. Replaced my Travis with a Boxxer Team half way through the summer, old Hayes Mags with Juicy 7s, rebuilt my rear wheel once, snapped off a shifter. I guess thats what a 12lb 05 Norco Shore frame will do for ya.
Also goes to show how well you bike will hold up if you do regular maintence on it. I did a once over after every day, and a more in depth cleaning every week or so.
how do you find this out? or all you all just superstar counters?

Just ask a lifty when they scan your pass. Takes about 5 seconds for them to pull up the info.

it only works if you have a pass - triple play or seasons - they have your info on the barcode. the tickets are all one-offs.

Damn I didn't even realize Whistler's closed! I was hoping for one more day to hit all the new stuff up top. Somewhere around 10 or 11 days for me.

33 days...dont know how many runs....one bike needs to be totally rebuilt, one currently in a questionable state of repair.
I dont think we should be posting days/runs...but total cost of replacement parts.

25 days and 157 scans.
I note "scans" because until the sampler pass came out mid-summer they didn't do much scanning up on Garbo. On busy days early in the summer, I'd just lap the top, so many of those weren't counted.
Not sure how much more that would've added......maybe 10%?? Either way, a great season!

10 days, 132 runs. Way fewer days than last year, and I feel all the better for it. Got to check out a whole bunch of other places and lots more sick riding this Summer.

22 days and about 190 runs on the lower mountain didnt get scanned to ride garbo except for maybe 2 or 3 days so assuming i got a good 40 or 50 garbo runs in unscanned, not as many days as i wanted but almost double previous years.

Wow. I guess I should make a better attempt next year. Logged well over 25000 kms of roadtrip through BC and Western states though.
0 Whistler visits
8 SunPeaks
2 Mt. Wash
10 days at whistler, average 8 runs a day. 80 runs ish total, i'm guess
2 days at silverstar
so 12 days, pretty good considering i can't really make it up there except on weekends.

I moved to Whistler for summer in early July. Ended the season with 68 days. No idea how many runs - mostly hackish riding.
A buddy of mine had over 100 days. Barely missed a day.

camping helps. i never could have done it if i'd paid for accomodation. a bunch of mine were sat/sun combos, easier to justify the gas cost.
Probably cause they knew you could do big drops.

Over 25 days in Whistler, pretty good when you have to pay for 2 park passes, room at the Westin everytime, ferry from Van. Island, food and gas. But its all worth it. Gonna try for over 30 times next year!

3 days at Whistler, 15 days at Silver Star - heck I am just not sure what I did with the rest of my summer?
Will have to make up for it by skiing every possible day this winter and getting myself a new DH bike and a season pass next summer.
I don't remember the exact number of runs, but it was VERY close to 300 this season... Next time I'm up there, I'll scan my pass and check the stats.

888 ATA world cup - lasted the longest
888 SL? (the basic one)- as a loner
09 40 RC2 - 3 weeks and it was toast
Wheelsets
Mavic 325/ cheapo hubs
DT 5.1 w bombshell hubs
TAG FRX5 - they were just ugly :)
Transition revolution 32 - still rolling strong
I also went through a pair of STR8 Tracks on my hardtail. I learned that light components are not neccessary if you live in whistler unless you have a personal mechanic and plenty of spares!

How mayn pairs of tyres did people use up over a full season - ie 100 or so days?
Going to be shuttling my replacement tyres over with friends from the UK - there ought to be a law against Canadian DH tyre prices!!!!
In fact they are mandatory safety equipment so they should be tax exempt as well!!

I had 50 days and 350 runs...I got sick as a dog for the last 2 weeks unfortunately, I was hoping to hit the 400 mark...maybe next year.
I got to admit , I was a little fed up by the end though, the new additions at the top were very welcome.

57 days on the hill, unknown on the runs, pretty good total for an atlanta boy. I got a musical bumps in this year along with some pemby shuttles and a north shore day. Cracked both of my avalanche forks, although they still rode and worked and ran a shit ass xt deraileur all season after totalling a brand new one the same day it was mounted. Bring more deraileurs next year!

i think i got 10 days in this year. Most of them were on a Sunday after I led a kids ride in North Van in the morning, then I would head up with a buddie and ride till close.
