Rode there yesterday, so fun, but construction (destruction) dudes have already laid waste to a huge chunk of forest just above Family Guy already.

Is this the beginning of the end for the lower trails? I didn't think it'd happen quite so fast.

I greatly look forward to getting complaints for wrecking the sensitive ecology of the area by riding my bike down whatever is left, when the new owners move into their massive houses up there...

Family guy will probably be gone by the end of the month.

Trying to get confirmation now.

Sex boy will be impacted but we should be able to reroute.

It would be a pretty big waste of elevation to ride down the road they're putting in...

Never fear, the powers that be are finding out exactly when it will be impacted.

Once they know, you will know.

was gonna hit FG one last time today, is it still rideable? Although it just started raining - I don't want to cause too much erosion

I rode it last night. There is a tree down across the trail just after the first left hand corner but before the first rock face. Be careful there is a second tree down after the rock drop and BEFORE the ladder bridge going over the creek.

I'm usually on my ass about that point anyways  I came through there a few weeks ago when it was really dry and it was almost like I was riding on marbles. I could barely stand up after I slid out.

The rock rolls are what I remember most about the trail

Still there as of Sunday but I would count on it going by the end of the month.

Was there today. Everything good, but a tree across trail at start. (no problem getting around it, and one after the rock drop before bridge over creek. (comes up real fast if you do drop)) . checked out the "carnage" today where all trees were removed. WOW. Just WOW!!
