Sales Representative BC Interior
Lambert, Canadian supplier of world-class bicycle parts and accessories, has a immediate opening for an experienced sales representative for the Interior and North of British Columbia.
The ideal candidate will have a background in cycling and passion for cycling culture. He / She will be motivated, outgoing and enjoy extensive travel within the territory.
The candidate will have experience planning and executing multiple sales operations annually and a track record of meeting sales targets. The candidate will have an enthusiastic, customer focused, attitude to aid in creating win-win situations with independent bike dealers. The ideal candidate will also be regarded as a good listener with strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
3 years of outside sales experience
Ambitious and self-confident, with a passion for selling
A capacity to make a sales proposition simple, while identifying areas of opportunity
Proven ability to plan towards and achieve sales targets
In-depth understanding of the bicycle market in BC
Customer-service oriented with experience adding value to the sales relationship
Ability to bring a plan to action in a resilient way
Technical knowledge of bicycles and parts
Enjoyment and success in building business relationships
Expectations:
Strong work ethic
Territory growth both in sales figures and in distributor / dealer relationships
Upward flow of ideas and feedback
Able to travel regularly throughout Northern BC and the Central and Southern Interior
Candidate will be based central to this territory
