June 29th is the date. Its a fun and very fast course without any long climbs, but with fast descents and rolling terrain. Hardtails are good here!

We are about to start work on some new trail work and some general maintenance of the existing trail. There's a re-route that will go above the RC track behind the arena, as those guys have a race the same weekend as us.

If you'd like to come out and lend a hand it would simply fabulous.:nerd:

The old course has been changed quite a bit by the addition of new rolling single track sections, in the classic Kamloops style. Thanks to Catherine Pendrel's husband Keith for choosing new lines and helping out with the building.

Bryon Enns is racing this event instead of the Panorama BC Cup DH! Any other DH'ers wanna come out to challenge the old man?

We're expecting about 250-300 riders from across the country. Should be a good showing.

Anyone out there want to help with marshaling? You'll get a lunch and a T-shirt if you do. E-mail me.

Is Bryon Enns giving up on racing downhill now? Getting beaten by fat African kids was just too much?

Can you blame him? How embarrassing is that?

This had to be the dustest race I have ever done. The flour powder was shin deep in places. I am afaird I have done some serious damage to wheel bearings and drive train. It is going to be one expensive race when it is all fixed up. God I hope the trail conditions are better next year, that was ridiculous.
