The BC crew had a great weekend on the DH circuit: Steve Smith took the US Open (http://bb.nsmb.com/showthread.php?t=111191) against a really strong field, Drew Mitchell (men) and Danice Uyesugi (women) topped the podium in Tremblant; Ewan Fafard and Dan Skogland nabbed fifth and sixth respectively in Elite Men and Miranda Miller finished second in Elite Women. Good job all.

Hmmm ... wonder why Micayla is listed as "DNS"? Practice crash? And really tight racing for 3-5 in the mens ... a well placed f*rt coulda granted Ewan 3rd. :)

Don't forget Skogland (6th). Less than 2/10ths between 3 and 6.

And Smith winning the US Open beating Sam Hill! When was the last time Hill didn't win??

he's riding really fast right now and is fully recovered from his injury which wrote-off last season

I rode with Drew in Practice...yep, definetely back to the drew I remember from 06'...Confident, calculated and pins the corners!

Should be rad to see Drew get back up there with big boys over in Italy at the end of the month.
