Hey just wondering how are the Lyriks holding up? All I read is the Totems breaking, not much news on the Lyric.

Also what is your opinion on a Lyrik Solo Air on a 2008 Bullit Frame. It will be 20mm less travel then the rear travel. I do ride aggressive all mountain with the odd drop. Drop not high, maybe 5 feet the highest.

Go Heckler and Lyric and you'll be happier.

the lyric will suit the bike just fine. the bike actually comes that way in the bullit am complete offered by santa cruz so the angles will not be thrown off, santacruz has accounted for the bullit to be set up with a fork like the lyric. Also for agressive am riding the steeper head angle would be prefered. If you measure the difference between a totem and lyric axle to crown height it is not that different, 1 to 2cm difference, so your angles really won't change a lot. The Lyrics are really solid forks, and the solo air would suit the built built for all mountain really well.

well i got my bike back from MBUK magazine after 4 months on test and the 2008 Lyric 2-step still seem to be working fine (well that's cursed the forks then!!)

the 07 stuff was a bit wibbly, but 08 seems to be working out ;)

2cm is a lot! This means the whole degree of head angle less/more. But surely for all mountain riding steeper HA might be better than super slack though.
