Anybody else feeling the training burn?
I'm so tired, I ache, I'm hungry and I can't wait to go biking again.

I feel the burn, the spasms, the stiffness and that was just getting my bike out of the truck.Tomorrow I am going out to beat the benchmark I set. That is not that much of a goal but it is a great reason to get back out there.

I am not even at work today cuz I killed my back trying to learn front drops on the trampoline last night. I hurt.
Training? What's that? I forget.

i'm ok with the aches and pains of riding. i'm not ok with the pain of injuries that take their sweet time to heal :(

We did two laps of Seymour today and things are starting to tighten up. I feel like I used my legs today and have some mystery bruises, which is a sure sign of summer.
One more day added to training, soon it will all pay off in long, strong days on the bike. :woot:

Yeah, I felt GREAT after the 2 laps of Seymour yesterday. Then around dinnertime my legs started to tell me that they didn't approve. This morning my left leg barely worked when I first got up

Going for a good climb on the bike shortly to work out the stiffness.

Did an awesome ride yesterday with my fellow muddbunnies but the stretching sergent nina had us doing after really eliminated any aches or pains I thought I'd had today OR maybe I wasn't riding hard enough :)

Felt sooo good to get back on the bike!

I'm with Joely! Stretching...smtetching... beer is the answer to all that ails man or woman.

Good on you ladies for 2 laps of Seymour. We climbed up to Severed two weekends ago and I was bagged. Can't imagine doing it twice.

btw, anyone up for some awesome climbing night rides this week? I am in bad need of nightly distractions.

I was thinking about this last weekend! I was planning to go dirt jumping but the weather looks bad. If I can get out there I would love to join you.

I thought you were doing the DH portion. You must be having sympathy pains for the poor folks that are doing the UH portion.

I've decided to do the uphill part of the 7th ripper and have been doing climbing rides afterwork as much as possible. We spent the wekend on the bikes and I must admit I was WORKED. I fell asleep at 6:30pm last night and didnt get up until the alarm clock went off this morning!
