if you saw that thread on here last week about jonny.zee's stolen splitboard possibly for sale on ebay, good news.

BUSTED!

i dont think i should really go into details about how it all went down, but long story short i saw his thread in the stolen section on here and recognized the pictures of the board to be the same as one for sale on ebay. after talking to jon, we definately knew it was his board, so i set up to buy the board in person in north van from the ebay person. instead of me showing with $900 bucks like i said i'd pay for it, the cops did with some handcuffs and busted em down! 2 stolen boards were recovered and some other small stuff, and 2 criminals got booked.

so jon's board is recovered, and there are 2 less criminals in the world. w00t!

good job wilkez.

the sad part is our justice system is such a joke that those thieves will be out before jonny zee even gets his board back.

don't count on there being 2 less criminals... the most the Canadian government will do is give them 6 months probation
