For $100! I used to be such a snowboard nazi now I don't really care as long as it works. Plus, I'll probably only make it up to the hill a couple of times anyway.
...and I'm a cheap bastard with a dirtbike that constantly needs love, so...
Anyway, its a 2005 24/7 Outreach that's looks barely used. I've been away from snowboarding for a few years now, so I'm out of the loop for what's hot and what's not. From the bit of research I could gather, this board is obviously basic but it does have a full length wood core, sammich construction, it's pretty stiff, and still has loads of camber. Its a bit short at 156cm but it was also only $100 so I can't complain.
Anyway, does anyone know who makes these boards? Apparently they are made in North Van (I'm assuming by Prior). One of the best boards I have ever owned was a mid-priced board made by Prior, so if it is I might be happy.
Thanks eh?
P.S. I like shopping for snowboards in today's market. What was top of the line 10 years ago is pretty basic stuff today, especially bindings. Great for the consumer.
